Most people associate Brand Identity with the company logo... it's much more than that! Brand Identity is focussed around telling your customers what type of business you are and how good you are, but without them knowing. It's like sending subliminal messages.
Lets look at an example. Red is most often associated with danger, especially when used on simple orthodox shapes like traingles and circles eg a road sign.
Now we use red on a non orthodox shape, or we use it minimally it can give signs of warmth or pleasure eg hearts or red ribbons.
The use of colour combinations, font styles, shapes are just a few examples of how we portray the uniqueness and quality of your organisation. If your corporate branding is wrong, you risk closing the door on your clients... get it right and it's a big warm welcome!
